Train services in Finland have resumed
Trains are operating normally, reports VR Group. All train traffic in Finland was suspended on Monday 15 June due to a walkout by railway workers unions.
Unionists halted all passenger and cargo traffic on Monday to protest against the state-owned railway company's personnel policies and layoffs, mentioned Railway Market with reference to Los Angeles Times.
"VR employs about 12,600 workers. Recently, it announced 1,500 job cuts to save costs."
