  ЕБРР предоставит ЛУКОЙЛу кредит в размере $200 млн на разработку проекта «Шах-Дениз»

  «ЛУКОЙЛ Оверсиз» (оператор международных проектов ОАО «ЛУКОЙЛ») подписал соглашение о привлечении второго транша в $200 млн у Европейского банка реконструкции и развития (ЕБРР) для разработки проекта морского газоконденсатного месторождения «Шах-Дениз» (Азербайджан), передает «Прайм».
  
  Средства будут направлены на финансирование дальнейшего развития проекта Шах-Дениз. Кредит был привлечен на 5 лет по ставке LIBOR +1,5% годовых. Общая сумма кредита $ЛУКОЙЛа от ЕБРР для проекта Шах-Дениз (в том числе 12-летнего кредита от 2005 года) составляет 380 млн.
  
  Общие затраты проекта расширения и модернизации стадии-1 разработки «Шах-Дениза» оцениваются в $2,128 млрд. Доля Lukoil Overseas Shah Deniz составит $212,8 млн. Общие запасы «Шах-Дениз» оцениваются в 1,2 трлн куб. м газа и 240 млн тонн конденсата.
  
  Осуществляемая в настоящее время первая стадия разработки месторождения предусматривает добычу 178 млрд куб. м газа и 34 млн тонн конденсата. Максимальная добыча газа в рамках стадии составляет 8,6 млрд куб. м газа и 2 млн конденсата в год.
  
  Участниками проекта «Шах-Дениз» являются BP (оператор 25,5%), Statoil (25,5%), ГНКАР (10%), ЛУКОЙЛ (10%), NICO (10%), Total (10%), и TPAO (9%). В 2013 году на Шах-Дениз добыто 9,7 млрд куб. м газа (доля ЛУКОЙЛа составляет 725 млн куб. м) и 2,45 млн тонн нефти и газового конденсата (доля ЛУКОЙЛа - 184 тыс. тонн).
  
  Шах-Дениз — шельфовое газоконденсатное месторождение в Азербайджане. Расположено на юго-западе Каспийского моря, в 70 км к юго-востоку от Баку. Глубина моря в районе месторождения — от 50 до 650 м. Площадь газоносного района — около 860 кв. км.
