  Верфь CIMC Raffles передала COSL четвертую глубоководную ППБУ

  На верфи Яньтай (Шаньдун, КНР) 19 ноября 2014 года состоялась передача глубоководной полупогружной буровой установки (ППБУ) COSLPROSPECTOR. Это уже четвертая ППБУ, поставляемая CIMC Raffles для COSL, и 7-я полупогружная буровая платформа, которая была построена судостроительной группой, говорится в сообщении CIMC Raffles.
  
  ППБУ может работать в суровых условиях норвежской части Северного моря. Установка имеет систему динамического позиционирования (DP3).
  
  Буровая установка длиной 104,5 м, шириной 70,5 м, высотой 37,55 метров сможет работать на глубине 1,5 тыс. м с глубиной бурения до 7,6 тыс. м при расчетной рабочей температуре - 20° С. Платформа с максимальной переменной нагрузкой на палубе 5 тыс. тонн, может разместить 130 человек персонала. ППБУ построена на класс DNV и CCS, отвечает строгим стандартам PSA и NORSOK. Платформа оснащена 10 тыс. единиц датчиков и контроллеров.
  
  Проект COSLPROSPECTOR был разработан совместно Agulity Group (AG), COSL и CIMC Raffles на базе серии GM-4000. Кроме того, CIMC Raffles несет ответственность за рабочий проект, строительства и пуско-наладочные работы.
  
  ППБУ этого проекта отличает экологичность и безопасность эксплуатации и технология автоматической очистки от наледи.
  
  ППБУ COSLPROSPECTOR была собрана из 112 блоков, более 700 ед. механического оборудования, более 800 тыс. м кабеля и 35 тыс. труб. В проекте было реализовано 118 значительных технических усовершенствований.
  
  Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Ltd. (CIMC Raffles) - судостроительная компания, три верфи которой расположены в Яньтае, Хайяне и Лонгкоу (пров. Шаньдунь, Китай) общей площадью 1,32 кв. км. Специализируется на проектировании, строительстве и вводе в эксплуатацию морских платформ, полупогружных буровых установок, СПБУ для шельфовых проектов. На компанию работают около 4 тыс. сотрудников, а также 8 тыс. рабочих субподрядных организаций.  На верфях CIMC Raffles установлено современное оборудование, включая крупнейший в мире козловый кран Taisun (грузоподъемностью 20 тыс. тонн), кран грузоподъемностью из 1,9 тыс. тонн, сухой док (300 тыс. тонн), гидравлический пресс мощностью 20 тыс. тонн.
