  PSC в 2014 году проверил более 5 тыс. судов, выявлено 18 тыс. недостатков

  Государственный портовый контроль (PSC) проверил 5092 судна, в ходе которых выявлено 18350 недостатков. Такие данные содержатся в опубликованном отчете Черноморского меморандума о взаимопонимании о контроле судов государством порта (Black Sea MoU) сообщает пресс-служба Российского профессионального союза моряков (РПСМ).
  
  Согласно отчету, в общей сложности зафиксировано 151 задержание судов из-за обнаруженных серьезных недостатков, что на 0,65% меньше, чем в прошлом году (184 задержания).
  
  Большую группу проверенных судов составили грузовые многоцелевые суда – 2129 или 41,8%, в основном, балкеры – 1532 (31,0%) и нефтяные танкеры – 558 (11,0%). Среди задержанных судов лидировали также балкеры – 28 (18,54%) и Rо-Rо суда – 10 (6,62%).
  
  Основная часть недостатков связана с безопасностью мореплавания (18,08%), другие нарекания относились к спасательным средствам (13,67%), мерам пожарной безопасности (8,54%) и условиям труда и быта моряков на борту (8,50%). Отмечается, что четыре типа недостатков – практически половина от общего числа претензий (48,79%).
