  Судоремонтная верфь Damen модернизировала судно-камнеукладчик для Van Oord (фото)

  Верфь Damen Shiprepair & Conversion (судоремонтное подразделение группы Damen, Нидерланды) выполнила модернизацию судна-камнеукладчика Stornes, принадлежащего подрядчику дноуглубительных, подводных работ Van Oord, которая позволит судну работать на больших глубинах, сообщает пресс-служба нидерландской судостроительной группы.
  
  Судно длиной 175 м и шириной 26,24 м оборудовано системой DP2, необходимой для точной засыпки камней для защиты подводного трубопровода. Судно-камнеукладчик было передан Van Oord в 2011 году и работало на глубине до 800 м. В 2013 году Van Oord получила контракт, для выполнения которого требуется судно, способное работать на глубине до 1,3 тыс. м.
  
  Судоремонтная верфь Damen выиграла контракт в открытом тендере в 2014 году. На первом этапе в 2014 году была проведена небольшая модификация на судне. Затем была реконструирована вышка для сброса, укладки горной породы на подводном объекте.
  
  Отмечается, что в ходе выполнения контракта по модернизации судоремонтная верфь работала в тесном сотрудничестве с заказчиком и несколькими субподрядчиками, включая ESS, ZUSO и Den Breejen. Благодаря слаженной работе заказ удалось выполнить в срок: судно прибыло в док 6 марта и отбыло 25 мая 2015 года.

Горинхем, Нидерланды) объединяет 32 судостроительные и судоремонтные верфи (15 - в Нидерландах и 17 - в других странах). Общая численность персонала компании по всему миру составляет 8 тыс. человек, из них 3 тыс. трудятся в Нидерландах. Годовой оборот группы Damen составляет 1,7 млрд евро. Компанией построено на сегодняшний день более 5 тыс. судов по всему миру и ежегодно передается в эксплуатацию около 180 новых судов. Damen специализируется в проектировании и строительстве буксиров, катеров, патрульных, высокоскоростных и грузовых судов, земснарядов, судов для обслуживания морских платформ, судов для ликвидации аварийных разливов нефти (ЛАРН), фрегатов и мега-яхт.
  
  Помимо проектирования и постройки судов, подразделение Damen Shiprepair & Conversion предлагает к услугам заказчиков всемирную сеть из 16 ремонтных и конверсионных верфей, включая сухие доки размером до 420х80 метров. Конверсионные проекты включают в себя как работы по модернизации судов в соответствии с современными требованиями и нормативами, так и полную конверсию крупных морских добывающих установок.
