  В Санкт-Петербурге в 2016 году будут функционировать 12 причалов общего пользования

  В Санкт-Петербурге в 2016 году будут функционировать 12 причалов общего пользования. Как передает корреспондент ИАА «ПортНьюс», об этом журналистам в ходе брифинга, организованного ГК «Астра Марин», рассказал заместитель директора СПб ГКУ «Агентство внешнего транспорта» Владимир Родионов.
  
  По его словам, в 2015 году в Санкт-Петербурге функционировало восемь таких причалов, в 2014 году - четыре.
  
  «К причалам общего пользования могут подходить любые суда и за символическую плату в 320 руб. осуществлять посадку и высадку пассажиров. Это касается и частных лиц», - пояснил Родионов.
  
  Также он рассказал о том, что в июле этого года была введена возможность оплачивать швартовку у причала по телефону посредством смс-сообщения.
  
  Напомним, для развития водного транспорта в Санкт-Петербурге и повышения эффективности использования городского имущества Комитет по транспорту разработал проект «Городские причалы Санкт-Петербурга».
  
  Проект предполагает создание сети городских причалов  Санкт-Петербурга и предоставление их в аренду юридическим и физическим лицам на платной основе. Его реализация позволит обеспечить развитие водного транспорта в Санкт-Петербурге, обеспечив перевозчиков дополнительным причальным фронтом в центральной части города на условиях равных возможностей.
  
  Для координации работы городских причалов привлечен оператор – СПб ГКУ «Агентство внешнего транспорта», подведомственное Комитету по транспорту. Использование городских причалов осуществляется на платной основе в соответствии с договором, заключенным с оператором.
  
  В 2015 году использовалось восемь причалов: Арсенальная наб. (напротив пл. Ленина), спуск №5 (понтон); Университетская наб. Румянцевский спуск (понтон); Адмиралтейская наб. (напротив Адмиралтейства), спуск №10 (понтон); Адмиралтейская наб. (напротив Александровского сада), спуск №8 (понтон); Дворцовая наб. (напротив Летнего сада), спуск №22 (понтон); Мытнинская наб. (правый берег Кронверкского пролива, ниже Кронверкского моста), спуск № 1 (понтон); Приморская наб.(правый берег Большой Невки, ниже 3-го Елагинского моста) (понтон); Петровская наб. (напротив перекрестка Петровской наб. с Мичуринской ул.), спуск №34 (понтон).
