  ГП «Администрация морских портов Украины» получило бессрочное разрешение Минприроды на проведение эксплуатационного дноуглубления

  Государственное предприятие «Администрация морских портов Украины» (ГП «АМПУ») первым получило бессрочную разрешение Минприроды на проведение работ по эксплуатационному дноуглубления на морском подходном канале глубоководного судового хода река Дунай - Черное море с 1 января 2016 года и на протяжении всего периода эксплуатации. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба министерства инфраструктуры Украины.
  
   Отмечается, что упрощение процедуры получения разрешений на осуществление эксплуатационного дноуглубления с целью повышения конкурентоспособности портов и их пропускной способности было инициировано министерством инфраструктуры и Минприроды и поддержано постановлением КМУ № 574 «О внесении изменений в Порядок выдачи разрешений на проведение работ на землях водного фонда» от 30 июля 2015 года. 
  
  Согласно постановлению кабинета министров Украины, разрешение на проведение эксплуатационного дноуглубления выдается Минприроды один раз и является бессрочным, если паспортные технические характеристики акватории порта или канала, технологические решения и условия выполнения работ являются неизменными. ПКМУ № 574 позволяет ГП «АМПУ» полноценно выполнять одну из важнейших функций, возложенных на нее законом «О морских портах Украины» - проведение дноуглубительных работ. 
  
  «Устранение бюрократических преград позволит вовремя проводить работы, чтобы поддерживать в надлежащем состоянии акватории в морских портах и ​​на подходных каналах. Кроме того, введение упрощенной процедуры дноуглубления означает существенную экономию государственных средств и времени. Если, например, в 2014 году на получение разрешения нужно было минимум 6 месяцев, сейчас этот срок сократится до одного месяца и не требует ежегодного обновления. Мы рассчитываем на то, что нововведение позволит создать более привлекательные условия для судо- и грузовладельцев », - отмечает заместитель министра инфраструктуры Юрий Васьков.
