Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of Russia on a review of petition submitted by the Management of Transportation Assets Ltd. to acquire the rights to exercise the executive authority at Tuapse Commercial Sea Port JSC decided to grant the petition, the FAS statement said.

Tuapse Commercial Sea Port (TCSP JSC) is the major operator of one of the largest ports in Russia - the seaport of Tuapse. Cargo turnover by the stevedoring company in 2009 decreased by 5% as compared with 2008 - to 18.4 million tons. The Universal Cargo Logistics Holding BV (UCLH) holds 69.52% of stake in TCSP JSC.

From 1 July 2009 the powers of a sole executive body in Tuapse Commercial Sea Port were transferred by agreement to the Management of Transportation Assets Ltd. Company for the period of 3 years.
