The average spot price for M-100 heavy fuel oil as of February 19th amounted to 7.965 rubles a ton. According to Cortes IAC , the balance sheet date, the average cost of summer futures for diesel fuel was at 15.325 rubles / ton (as much as 78 rubles a ton compared with last week), winter futures – 19.430 ruble / ton (292 rubles down).

 

The index of selling prices of Russian oil refineries from Feb.12 through Feb.19 this year for HFO fell 1.96%, for diesel fuel up 0.10%.
