Earlier reports said the Ministry of Transport of Ukraine had ordered the discounts would be effective until April 1st, 2010. The transit discounts had been introduced at several Ukrainian seaports: Iyichevck, Kerch, Mariupol, Reni, Ust-Danube, Kherson, Odessa, Berdyansk and in the port of Yushny.
