Russian Gov. reduces the rate of export duty on crude oil from March 1, 2010 from $270.7 to $ 253.6 a tone, according to a decree signed by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.
Export duties on light oil products decreased from $194.7 to $183.2 a ton, on dark - from $104.9 to $98.7 per ton. Gov. left zero duty on the ESPO unchanged.
