M-100 HFO average spot price drops to 7.755 rubles a ton, as of February 27thThe average market spot price on HFO M-100 brand as of February 27 was at 7.755 rubles a ton, down 210 rubles from the last week’s trade. According to Cortes IAC, the average cost of summer futures of diesel fuel were traded at 15.872 rubles a ton, adding 547 rubles a ton compared with the last week numbers, while winter diesel fuel futures dropped to 18.755 rubles (- 675 rubles). The index of selling prices of Russian oil refineries from in February19-26 period showed a 3.69% drop in HFO and a slight 0.46 percent rise in diesel fuel.
