  Грузооборот порта Усть-Луга за 2015 год вырос на 16% - до 87,86 млн тонн

  Грузооборот порта Усть-Луга в январе-декабре 2015 года составил 87 млн 868,4 тыс. тонн, что на 16% превышает показатель 2014 года, сообщается в материалах администрации морских портов Балтийского моря.
  
  Объем перевалки навалочных грузов увеличился на 15% - до 25 млн 199,9 тыс. тонн, в том числе угля и кокса - на 11% до 21 млн 543,6 тыс. тонн.
  
  Объем перевалки наливных грузов вырос на 18% - до 58 млн 792,97 тыс. тонн, в том числе нефти - на 15%, до 26 млн 814 тыс. тонн, нефтепродуктов - на 19% до 30 млн 550,5 тыс. тонн, сжиженного газа вырос на 28% до 1 млн 428,3 тыс. тонн.
  
  Объем перевалки грузов на паромах составил 2 млн 013 тыс. тонн (+22%).
  
  Контейнерооборот порта сократился на 15,9% и составил 89,82 тыс. TEUs.
  
  Напомним, грузооборот порта за 2014 года составил 75,69 млн тонн, контейнерооборот 879 тыс. TEUs.
  
  Порт Усть-Луга расположен практически на границе России и Европейского Союза. Большие глубины акватории порта (17,5 м) в сочетании с коротким подходным каналом (3,7 км) делают порт Усть-Луга единственным российским портом на Балтике, способным принимать сухогрузные суда дедвейтом до 75 тыс. тонн и наливные суда дедвейтом до 160 тыс. тонн.
