Russia’s Govt. Decree of March 9, 2010 (N133) added to the list of normative legal acts, which gives the authority to the Ministry of Transport of Russia to establish its own regulative acts in the field of inspection of vessels and organizations responsible for training ships' crew members. These procedures are carried out in accordance with the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers, 1978 (with 1995 amendments,) the press office of RosMorPort FSUE said. The Ministry may conduct the procedures related to inspections of ships and responsible organizations.
