Sergey Kruglik, Deputy Minister of Regional Development sacked after a meeting of Vladimir Putin and Dmitry KozakSergey Kruglik, Deputy Minister of Regional Development of Russia, was dismissed at his own request. The resignation took place after Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister had instructed Dmitry Kozak, the Deputy Prime Minister, to prepare proposals for the dismissal of persons, occupying posts, responsible for optimization of budget expenditures for the construction of large infrastructure projects. The head of Russian Govt. was outraged by the fact that after the government's decision on review of construction cost in order to reduce them, in some cases construction costs even increased.
