  Damen поставила британской компании компоненты для специальных подводных дноуглубительных снарядов (фото)

  Damen, поставляющая на рынок стандартные компоненты для земснарядов, например рефулерные насосы и клапаны для самоотвозных трюмных землесосов или свайно-папильонажных земснарядов, передала недавно заказчику специальное оборудование. Насосы и клапаны производства Damen были установлены на дистанционно управляемые земснаряды для глубоководных горнодобывающих работ, говорится в пресс-релизе нидерландской группы. 
  
  Глубоководные земснаряды для разработки горных пород, или средства для подводной карьерной добычи полезных ископаемых (SPT), были спроектированы и изготовлены британской компанией Soil Machine Dynamics (SMD). Три земснаряда, каждый для конкретной задачи, были построены на заводе SMD (Ньюкасл-на-Тайне) на северо-востоке Англии. Первый земснаряд (Auxiliary Cutter), производит подготовительную работу создавая террасы на неровном дне для других машин. Для этой машины Damen поставила рефулерный землесос с электроприводом серии BP45-1100, а также несколько клапанов. Для второй машины Bulk Cutter (более мощный земснаряд для рыхления тяжелого грунта фрезой) Damen поставила еще один комплект насосов и клапанов. Третий земснаряд (Collecting Machine), собирающий снятый грунт и подающий его на станцию, будет оборудован сделанным по заказу блоком фрезерного рыхлителя, тремя насосами с электроприводом серии E-BP2320 и клапанами.
  
  Три указанных земснаряда были отправлены в начале февраля 2016 года на тестовый полигон в Омане. Там все системы будут проходить проверку в условиях морской среды. Первые горные работы запланированы на 2018 год. Эти подводные горнодобывающие снаряды будут работать в Папуа-Новой Гвинее в рамках проекта Solwara 1 на глубоководном золотомедном месторождении, разрабатываемом Nautilus Minerals. 
  
  Инженеры SMD и Damen тесно сотрудничают уже десять лет при разработке и интеграции рефулерных землесосов Damen в траншеекопателей SMD. Эти высокотехнологичные траншеекопатели используются для подготовки морского дна перед укладкой, например газопроводов или линий кабеля.
  
  Международная судостроительная группа Damen Shipyards Group (головной офис - г. Горинхем, Нидерланды) объединяет 32 судостроительные и судоремонтные верфи. Общая численность персонала компании по всему миру составляет 8 тыс. человек. Компанией построено на сегодняшний день более 5 тыс. судов по всему миру и ежегодно передается в эксплуатацию около 180 новых судов. Damen специализируется в проектировании и строительстве буксиров, катеров, патрульных, высокоскоростных и грузовых судов, земснарядов, судов для обслуживания морских платформ, судов для ликвидации аварийных разливов нефти (ЛАРН), фрегатов и мега-яхт.
