  Пассажирский флот ХМАО пополнится 7 новыми судами-амфибиями

  Навигация в ХМАО в 2006г. длилась 170 суток и оказалась на 20 дней короче прошлогодней. Это привело к снижению объема пассажирских перевозок по сравнению с 2005г. В то же время грузов перевезено в три раза больше - 600 тыс. т. Как передает РБК, такие данные были приведены на заседании комиссии по безопасности судоходства и природоохранной деятельности на внутренних водах Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа. На совещании особое внимание было уделено деятельности частных судовладельцев, которые являются главными нарушителями правил перевозок на водном транспорте. Многие из них работают без лицензии и без регистрации, подвергая людей опасности - по этим фактам речной милицией заведены уголовные дела. В Нижневартовском районе предприимчивые люди нередко также без лицензии устраивают зимние переправы. Опасность для судоводителей представляют и брошенные бесхозные суда. На заседании комиссии предложено выработать механизм, позволяющий органам местного самоуправления такие суда изымать для последующей продажи или утилизации. Руководители служб, работающих на водных магистралях Югры, доложили, что сейчас идет ремонт судов и подготовка базы к навигации 2007г. Как сообщил членам комиссии директор департамента транспорта, связи автономного округа Владимир Журавлев, вскоре пассажирский флот пополнится 7 новыми двадцатиместными судами-амфибиями. Они будут осуществлять перевозку пассажиров на мелких реках.
