  Обь-Иртышское пароходство направит на модернизацию флота в 2007 году 240 миллионов рублей

  ОАО "Обь-Иртышское речное пароходство" (Тюмень) в 2007 году планирует затратить на ремонт и модернизацию судов около 240 млн рублей. Об этом сообщает “РЖД-Партнер” со ссылкой на “Интерфакс”. При этом порядка 130 судов планируется отремонтировать и переоборудовать в ООО "Судоремонт-Сумкино" (Тобольский район) и свыше 70 судов - в ООО "Судоремонт-Тюмень" (Тюмень). Оба предприятия являются дочерними структурами пароходства. В соответствии с программой модернизации флота, 18 речных судов и барж пароходства в текущем году будут переклассифицированы для работы на море. В процессе реконструкции судов будет осуществляться укрепление корпусов, замена двигателей и устаревшего радионавигационного оборудования, а также установка современных средства связи, отметил представитель компании.

  Обь-Иртышское речное пароходство в 2006 году увеличило объем грузовых перевозок в 2,5 раза по сравнению с 2005 годом - до 2,24 млн тонн. Число несамоходного транспортного флота, задействованного в перевозках, в прошлом году возросло на 30% - до 172 единиц, использовались 73 самоходных судна.

  ОАО "Обь-Иртышское речное пароходство" создано в 1993 году на базе госпредприятия. В настоящее время государству принадлежит 25,5% общества. Единоличным исполнительным органом АО с 2006 года является управляющая организация ООО "Межрегионфлот".
  Обь-Иртышское речное пароходство имеет 12 дочерних предприятий, в том числе ОАО "Тюменский речной порт" (владеет 25,5% акций предприятия), ОАО "Сергинский речной порт" (100%), ОАО "Cургутский речной порт" (70%), ОАО "Надымский речной порт" (100%), ОАО "Уренгойский речной порт" (100%), ООО "Речной порт "Нефтеюганск"(100%), ООО "Речной порт "Нижневартовск" (100%), ООО "Щебень Полуночного" (100%, Свердловская обл.), ООО "Севернефтегазфлот" (100%, Архангельск), ООО "Астрахань Обь-Иртышфлот"(100%), ООО "Судоремонт-Сумкино" (100%), ООО "Судоремонт-Тюмень" (100%).
