    Капитаном порта Ростов-на-Дону назначен Андрей Иовлев (фото)


    На должность капитана морского порта  Ростов-на-Дону Ростовского филиала федерального государственного бюджетного учреждения «Администрация морских портов Азовского моря» с 25 апреля 2017 года назначен Андрей Иовлев. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Росморречфлота.

    Соответствующий приказ № 58-1/к-мрф подписан 25 апреля 2017 года.

    Андрей Иовлев родился 19 августа 1959 года в городе Кронштадте Ленинградской области. С 1976 по 1982 год обучался в Ленинградском Ордена Трудового Красного знамени институте водного транспорта по специальности «Судовождение на морских путях», квалификация – инженер-судоводитель.

    В 1982 году работал на судах загранплавания в Северо-Западном пароходстве в должности третьего штурмана.

    С 1982 по 1983 год служил в рядах Советской Армии.

    С 1984 по 1987 год работал в Северо-Западном речном пароходстве в должностях: механик-капитан/дублер, 3 штурман, старший штурман. С 1987 по 1990 год работал в Ленинградской ремонтно-эксплуатационной базе флота 2 штурманом, старшим штурманом. С 1990 по 2001 год работал старшим штурманом, капитаном в ОАО «Северо-западное речное пароходство».

    2001-2006 годы -  трудовая деятельность проходила в порту Кавказ ФГУ «АМП Тамани» в должностях: капитан-наставник, заместитель капитана порта Кавказ, 2006-2011 годы – капитан морского торгового порта Кавказ.

    С 2012по 2015 год работал в должности генерального директора ООО «Морские  грузовые перевозки», 2015-2016 годы – капитан-координатор ООО «СВЛ Марин Транзит Сервисиз».

    С 2016 по апрель 2017 года работал в ФГБУ «Администрация морских портов Азовского моря» в должности заместителя капитана морского порта Ростов-на-Дону, исполнял обязанности капитана морского порта.
