Rapidly expanding Shenzhen petrochemicals firm Brightoil is spending $537m on five VLCCs at Hyundai Heavy Industries. The contract for the five 318,000 dwt ships was signed yesterday. Brigjhtoil earlier this year signed up for its first aframaxes. It is rapidly becoming China’s best known bunker supplier.
