    Датская группа DFDS приобрела средиземноморскую судоходную компанию U.N. Ro-Ro (Турция)

    Датская судоходная и логистическая группа DFDS купила 98,8 % акций U.N. Ro-Ro, крупнейшего турецкого оператора флота для перевозки накатных грузов. Акции были приобретены у турецких инвестиционных компаний Actera и Esas за 950 млн евро, сообщает пресс-служба датской группы.

    Сделка подлежит одобрению контролирующими органами.

    С покупкой новой компании DFDS становится одним из основных игроков на рынке морских перевозок грузов между ЕС и Турцией. DFDS управляет развитой логистической сетью в Балтийском и Северном морях, в проливе Ла-Манш, в Средиземном море обслуживает маршрут между Францией и Тунисом.

    U.N. Ro-Ro обслуживает пять маршрутов, соединяющих турецкие порты Пендик, Амбарли и Мерсин с Триестом и Бари в Италии, с портом Тулон во Франции и Патры в Греции. В ее собственности и управлении 12 Ro-Ro судов и портовые терминалы в портах Триест и Стамбул. Штат сотрудников компании – 500 человек. Кроме того, в сотрудничестве с железнодорожными операторами U.N. Ro-Ro предлагает грузоотправителям интермодальные перевозки между ключевыми рынками ЕС и портами.

    DFDS (Копенгаген, Дания), основанная в 1866 году в настоящее время является крупнейшей интегрированной судоходной и логистической компанией в Северной Европе и одним из крупнейших в мире паромных операторов. Флот DFDS Seaways из 50 грузопассажирских судов обслуживает сеть из 30 маршрутов. DFDS Logistics обеспечивает логистику и перевозку грузов трейлерами, контейнерами, железной дорогой в Европе. Штат компании насчитывает 6 тыс. человек в 20 странах.
