  «Атомфлот» завершил третий этап работ по модернизации системы физической защиты зоны обращения с ядерным топливом

  ФГУП «Атомфлот» завершил очередной, третий этап работ по модернизации системы физической защиты зоны обращения с ядерным топливом. Как сообщает пресс-служба «Атомфлота» 31 октября 2018 года для приемки этапа предприятие посетил  руководитель компании Nordisk Sikkerhet AS (Норвегия) Павел Тишаков.
   
  В рамках третьего этапа проекта были выполнены работы по оснащению периметра средствами обнаружения, оснащению воротами и калитками для прохода в режимную и нережимную зоны.
  
  Как отметил начальник управления внедрения систем физической защиты (СФЗ) на объектах капитального строительства АО СНПО «Элерон» Александр Гродецкий, работы были завершены раньше срока.
   
  «Все системы уже предъявлены ФГУП «Атомфлот» и прошли проверку», - рассказал он.
  
  Тишаков принял результаты работ и подписал контракт на выполнение IV этапа проекта. В его рамках планируется модернизировать ограждение территории предприятия.
   
  Проект «Выполнение работ по модернизации СФЗ зоны обращения с ядерными материалами (ЯМ) и радиоактивными веществами (РВ) на территории ФГУП «Атомфлот» реализуется в рамках трехстороннего контракта между ФГУП «Атомфлот», АО СНПО «Элерон» и Nordisk Sikkerhet AS (Норвегия). Модернизация объектов систем физической защиты производится с целью обеспечения безопасной перевалки топлива, доставляемого на базу «Атомфлота» из Губы Андреева. Проект финансируется Министерством иностранных дел Норвегии, контроль за расходованием средств осуществляется государственным управлением Норвегии по ядерной и радиационной безопасности (NRPA). Работы ведутся с февраля 2018 года.
   
  Nordisk Sikkerhet AS - норвежская организация, которая выполняет проекты международно-технической помощи. Финансирование работ ведется в рамках плана действий правительства Норвегии в области радиационной безопасности. Сотрудничество ФГУП «Атмофлот» с Nordisk Sikkerhet AS началось в 2015 году.
