    Первая система управления, идентификации и защиты пропульсивного комплекса от «СПБ Марин» успешно прошла проверку

    Первая система управления, идентификации и защиты пропульсивного комплекса – S1101 от «СПБ Марин» успешно прошла проверку во время ходовых испытаний судна на «Ярославском судостроительном заводе». Как стало известно специалистам Центра импортозамещения и локализации судового комплектующего оборудования ЦНИИ «Курс» (Центр СКО), на сегодняшний день «СПБ Марин» самостоятельно производит системы управления для своих пропульсивных систем  на базе контроллеров ComAp.

    Данная система обеспечивает контроль параметров работы дизель-редукторного агрегата, его пуск, остановку, защиту и аварийное управление.  На предыдущие суда серии устанавливались аналогичные системы голландского производства.

    Первые две системы от «СПБ Марин» установлены на 167 корпусе спасательного катера-бонопостановщика «Восток-1» проекта А40-2Б ЯР, предназначенного для АО «Транснефть-Прикамье». Системы управления были поставлены в составе ДРА на базе двигателей Scania DI 16M и редукторов Twin Disc MGX 5136А.

    Испытания пройдены успешно, судно вышло на заявленную скорость - 20 узлов.

    «СПБ Марин» более 10 лет осуществляет проектирование, поставку и сервисное обслуживание пропульсивных систем. За время работы поставлено и введено в эксплуатацию более 100 судовых двигателей Scania и Bukh, а также более 100 редукторов Twin Disc. Пропульсивные комплексы, спроектированные и поставленные «СПБ Марин», установлены на следующих проектах: 23040 и А160 (водолазные катера), А40-2Б (бонопостановщики), RT18 и 00213 (танкера-бункеровщики), TG04 (буксиры), 10/КИБ (кабелеукладчики), MJ17 (скоростной катер) и др.
