  В Ярославской области создана рабочая группа по реализации проекта строительства логистического центра

  Губернатор Ярославской области Анатолий Лисицын создал рабочую группу по реализации инвестиционного проекта "Строительство логистического центра на территории Ярославского района". Об этом сообщает ИА REGNUM. Договоренность о создании масштабного комплекса по организации грузовых перевозок на въезде в Ярославль со стороны Москвы была достигнута губернатором в феврале этого года с министром транспорта Игорем Левитиным и частными инвесторами. Реализация проекта переходит в практическую фазу. Начальнику Северной железной дороги (СЖД) Василию Билохе предложено рассмотреть вопрос о целесообразности переноса части грузового терминала станции "Ярославль-Московский" на вновь строящийся логистический центр через железнодорожную станцию "Дунайка". Часть территории рядом с Московским проспектом Ярославля будет занята Карабулинской автомобильной развязкой.

  Мэр Ярославля Виктор Волончунас и глава Ярославского района области Валентин Мильто должны выделить часть земель, находящихся в пользовании МУП "Новоселки", для строительства железнодорожного пути от станции "Дунайка" до площадки логистического центра в районе торгово-развлекательного центра "Вернисаж". На его территории также предполагается размещение поста Федеральной таможенной службы.

  Напомним, 27 апреля на въезде в Ярославль открылась первая очередь крупнейшего в регионе торгово-логистического комплекса общей площадью 200 тыс. кв. м. Площадь первой очереди комплекса "Ярославский вернисаж" составляет 40,5 тыс. кв. м. "Для нас очень важен приход глобальных инвесторов. Вложения серьезных компаний показывает всем другим, что на территории Ярославской области существует благоприятный инвестиционный климат. Общий объем инвестиций в проект оценивается в $54,4 млн. Вторая очередь торгового комплекса, открытие которой запланировано на 2008 год, предусматривает строительство дополнительных торговых площадей и развлекательного комплекса. Общая площадь объекта будет составлять 200 тыс. кв. м. В его состав будет входить не только торгово-развлекательный, но еще и логистический центр, который будет увязан с таможенными операциями. Его создание поможет более активно развивать международный аэропорт "Туношна", - отметил губернатор Анатолий Лисицын.
