  "Батумский Нефтеперерабатывающий Завод" (Грузия) будет приватизирован компанией Batumi Land Holdings Limited

  АО "Батумский Нефтеперерабатывающий Завод" (БНЗ) будет приватизирован. Как сообщает “Новый регион”, указом президента Грузии Михаила Саакашвили 100% акций предприятия путем прямой продажи будут переданы во владение компании "Batumi Land Holdings Limited".  Стоимость сделки составляет USD 27 100 000. Соглашение о купле-продаже планируется подписать в июле 2007 года. Новый владелец намерен инвестировать в развитие предприятия около USD 1 000 000 000 - USD 1 500 000 000. Предполагается, что проект развития БНЗ будет осуществлен казахской государственной компанией АО "Казтрансойл" совместно с "Greenoak Group".

  Компания "Batumi Land Holdings Limited" - дочернее предприятие казахского АО "Казтрансойл", 100% акций которого принадлежат казахской государственной компании АО НК "КазМунайГаз", вошедшей на грузинский рынок летом 2006 года. Компания владеет в Грузии столичной газораспределительной сетью - АО "КазТрансГаз - Тбилиси" (бывшее АО "Тбилгази") и лечебным учреждением, расположенном в курортном поселке Ликани. В 2006 году АО НК "КазМунайГаз", его дочерняя компания - АО "КазТрансОйл", а также принадлежащий "Greenoak Group" - "Батумский Нефтяной Терминал" создали СП "Batumi Terminal".

  Норвежский семейный траст "Greenoak Group" является владельцем целого ряда активов, расположенных на территории Грузии. Среди них 100% доля ООО "Батумская Нефтебаза", 100% доля ООО "Батумское Швейное Производственное Объединение", 100% доля ООО "Батнавтобинпекси" ("Батумский Нефтяной Терминал"), 100% акций региональной электрораспределительной компании АО "Ajarian Electricity Company", права управления грузинской государственной компанией - ООО "Батумский Морской Торговый Порт" (сроком на 49-ть лет), а также земельные участки, на которых расположены активы компании. В группу "Greenoak" объединены компании: "Naftrans", "Alegratrans", "Petrotrans", "Greenoak Shipping", "Tamara I and II", "Greenoak Capital", "Batumitex". Владельцем компании является известный датский бизнесмен Ян Боден Нильсен, который активно работал в экономике АР Аджария еще в период правления в автономной республике режима Аслана Абашидзе.
