    Возбуждено уголовное дело по факту смертельного травмирования серфингиста катером «Метеор» в Финском заливе

    В Санкт-Петербурге по результатам доследственной проверки по факту смертельного травмирования серфингиста катером «Метеор» в Финском заливе возбуждено уголовное дело. Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Санкт-Петербургского следственного отдела на транспорте Северо-Западного следственного управления на транспорте СК России.

    Дело возбуждено по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч.2. ст.293 УК РФ (Халатность) по факту ненадлежащего исполнения должностными лицами СПб ГБУ «СШ по парусному спорту «Крестовский остров» своих обязанностей, повлекших смерть человека.

    По результатам доследственной проверки установлено, что 27 мая 2019 года 18-летний спортсмен-виндсерфингист спортивной школы по парусному спорту, в ходе тренировки в районе Петровского фарватера, напротив «Зенит Арены», следуя по судовому ходу, столкнулся с катером «Метеор». В результате столкновения спортсмен получил телесные повреждения несовместимые с жизнью.

    В настоящее время следователями опрошены капитан, пассажиры и команда катера, руководящий состав спортшколы и очевидцы. Назначена судебно-медицинская экспертиза.

    Проводятся следственные действия, направленные на установление обстоятельств, причин и условий, способствовавших данному происшествию. Расследование уголовного дела продолжается.
