Aleksandr Poshivai appointed as Acting Head of Federal Marine and River Transport Agency
Aleksandr Poshivai has been appointed as Acting Head of the Federal Marine and River Transport Agency (Rosmorrechflot). The order signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on 26 November 2019 (No2802-р) is published at the official website of RF Government.
Aleksandr Poshivai held the position of Deputy Head of Rosmorrechflot from 2012. He was in charge of safe shipping management and coordinated the activities of Rosmorrechflot’s structural subdivisions, seaports authorities, Marine rescue Service of Rosmorrechflot, Morsvyazsputnik, Hydrographic Company, Northern Sea Route Administration, Rescue Coordination Center of Rosmorrechflot.
According to earlier statements, Yury Tsvetkov, ex-head of Rosmorrechflot, was appointed as Deputy Transport Minister of Russia. He has been holding the position of Deputy Minister of Transport – head of Rosmorrechflot from summer 2018.
