  Компания "Усть-Луга" привлекает годовую невозобновляемую кредитную линию банка "Санкт-Петербург" на $27 миллионов

  Совет директоров ОАО "Компания Усть-Луга" одобрил привлечение годовой невозобновляемой кредитной линии ОАО "Банк "Санкт-Петербург" на $27 млн под 11.75 годовых. Об этом сообщает "AK&M". "Предусмотрена с возможностью двух последующих пролонгаций кредитной линии, сроком на два года каждая", - говорится в сообщении компании. Привлеченные средства Усть-Луга планирует направить на финансирование текущей деятельности. В качестве обеспечения кредитной линии компания предоставила в залог 501 акцию ОАО "Универсальный перегрузочный комплекс" номиналом 1 тыс. руб.

  Усть-Луга также обязалась при подписании инвестиционного соглашения на получение финансирования из средств Инвестфонда РФ для реализации проекта МПК Юг-2 указать реквизиты банка "Санкт-Петербург". В случае наступления этого события Усть-Луга обязана подписать с банком предварительный договор о залоге объектов МПК Юг-2 (объектов незавершенного строительства и основных средств) по мере определения рыночной стоимости оценочной компанией.

  Напомним, что из Инвестфонда РФ будет выделено 2.11 млрд руб. на строительство причальных стенок перегрузочного комплекса "Юг-2". Такое решение приняла 27 апреля правительственная комиссия по инвестиционным проектам.

   

  ОАО "Компания "Усть-Луга", созданная в 1992 году, является заказчиком-застройщиком торгового морского порта Усть-Луга. Проект предусматривает создание самого глубоководного на сегодняшний день российского порта на Балтике, способного принимать сухогрузные суда дедвейтом до 75 тыс. т. Строительство торгового порта реализуется в рамках федеральной целевой программы "Модернизация транспортной системы России" на принципах государственно-частного партнерства. Это порт многоцелевого назначения пропускной способностью до 120 млн т грузов в год. К 2010 году планируется довести грузооборот до 36 млн т.

  Чистая прибыль компании "Усть-Луга" по РСБУ в 2006 году выросла в 7.3 раза до 22.796 млн руб. Чистая прибыль "Усть-Луги" в 2007 году, по прогнозу компании, может снизиться до $4.98 млн по сравнению с показателем 2006 года.

  Напомним, что ОАО "Российские железные дороги" 29 декабря 2006 года выкупило 8.5% уставного капитала (5272 акций номиналом 500 руб.) компании "Усть-Луга" за 184.52 млн руб.
