  Во Владивостоке начались российско-японские учения по оказанию помощи терпящему бедствие судну

  Российско-японские учения по оказанию помощи судну, терпящему бедствие в открытом море, начались в пятницу в заливе Петра Великого под Владивостоком, сообщил РИА Новости руководитель службы информации и общественных связей Тихоокеанского флота, капитан 1 ранга Роман Мартов. "В учениях, получивших название "Сарекс", принимают участие японский эскадренный миноносец "Харуна", от России - большой противолодочный корабль "Маршал Шапошников", быстроходный ракетный катер, противолодочный самолет Ил-38 и вертолет Ка-27 ПС", - отметил собеседник агентства. По его словам, согласно легенде учений, командирам кораблей двух стран с берега сообщили о том, что в море терпит бедствие гражданское судно. Экипажам кораблей России и Японии поставлена задача скоординировать свои действия и провести совместную спасательную операцию с участием экипажей самолета воздушной разведки и вертолета палубной авиации. Совместные военно-морские учения проходят в рамках дружественного визита японского эскадренного миноносца "Харуна" на главную базу российского Тихоокеанского флота - Владивосток. По окончании учений японский эсминец в пятницу возьмет курс к берегам Японии. Руководитель военно-морской делегации контр-адмирал Мацакадзу Кадзи в первый день визита заявил журналистам, что между военными моряками России и Японии установились доверительные, открытые профессиональные отношения. "Моряки двух стран неоднократно наносили визиты друг другу, участвовали в совместных антитеррористических учениях", - сказал Кадзи. По его словам, взаимные визиты военных моряков России и Японии помогают укреплять взаимное доверие между государствами-соседями, вносят вклад в стабильность в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе.

  Военная делегация морских сил самообороны Японии, прибывшая во Владивосток 21 августа на эскадренном миноносце "Харуна", в среду возложила венок к мемориалу "Боевая слава Тихоокеанского флота (ТОФ)", встретилась с командованием ТОФ, руководством мэрии Владивостока. В истории отношений ВМФ России и морских сил самообороны Японии нынешний дружественный визит во Владивосток седьмой по счету. В свою очередь, боевые корабли ТОФ шесть раз посещали порты Японии, последний раз - в октябре 2006 года.
