  Росприроднадзор подал иск о возмещении вреда окружающей среде Норильско-Таймырской энергетической компанией

  Исковые требования составляют около 148 млрд руб.
  
  Енисейским межрегиональным управлением Федеральной службы по надзору в сфере природопользования (Росприроднадзор) направлен иск в арбитражный суд Красноярского края о возмещении вреда, причиненного окружающей среде (ее компонентам) вследствие нарушения АО «Норильско-Таймырская энергетическая компания» (АО «НТЭК», входит в группу Норникель) обязательных требований природоохранного законодательства. Об этом сообщила пресс-служба Минприроды.
  
  Исковые требования составляют 147 млрд 784 млн 627 тыс. 500 руб.
  
  Напомним, на ТЭЦ-3 Норильска 29 мая 2020 года произошла авария. При разгерметизации резервуара с дизельным топливом разлилось около 20 тыс. тонн нефтепродуктов. Подразделения Заполярного филиала компании «Норникель» и Норильско-Таймырской энергетической компании (АО «НТЭК», входит в группу «Норильский никель») незамедлительно приступили к ликвидации последствий ЧП. К утру 30 мая было собрано более 800 тонн нефтепродуктов на прилегающей территории, поверхность обработана сорбентами. Однако часть разлитого топлива попала в реки Далдыкан и Амбарная. Для нераспространения нефтепродуктов далее по реке и в другие водоемы были развернуты боновые заграждения. Дальнейшее загрязнение водной артерии края удалось предотвратить.
  
  Росприроднадзор провел расчет вреда и направил требования о добровольном возмещении ущерба «Норильско-Таймырской энергетической компании», входящей в группу «Норникель», сообщила 6 июля 2020 года пресс-служба Минприроды России.
  
  Согласно расчетам, вред, причиненный водным объектам вследствие загрязнения, равен 147 млрд 046 млн 011 тыс. руб., почвам – 738 млн 616 тыс. 500 руб.
