  "Газпром" планирует доработать обоснование инвестиций в проект "Балтийский СПГ"

  В ходе заседания правления ОАО "Газпром" сегодня принято решение доработать "Обоснование инвестиций в строительство завода по производству сжиженного природного газа (СПГ) и морского терминала на побережье Балтийского моря". Об этом сообщает “Финмаркет”со ссылкой на пресс-службу "Газпрома".

  Проект "Балтийский СПГ" предполагает строительство завода по сжижению газа в Ленинградской области. В целях реализации данного проекта создана компания ООО "Балтийский сжиженный газ" (80% - "Газпром Германия", 20% - ОАО "Совкомфлот"). Мощность завода в зависимости от количества очередей (1 или 2) может составить 5 или 7,2 млн тонн СПГ в год соответственно. Наиболее привлекательным для поставок СПГ признан рынок Атлантического бассейна. Выход на рынок СПГ запланирован в 2012 году. Весной 2006 года "Газпром" и PetroCanada подписали соглашение о сотрудничестве в рамках реализации проекта "Балтийский СПГ".

  Объем капвложений в проект может меняться в зависимости от окончательного выбора участка, и колеблется в диапазоне от $3,3 млрд до $3,9 млрд. На определение окончательной суммы инвестиций также окажет влияние фактор использования, либо неиспользования Северо-европейского газопровода в схеме снабжения завода газом. Производственная мощность завода, после его запуска в 2009 году рассчитана на переработку 7,5 млрд кубометров газа в год. Было согласовано два возможных места размещения объекта.
