  На морском буксире-спасателе «Николай Семенченко» Морспасслужбы состоялся торжественный подъем флага

  Предполагается использовать судно при плавании в мелкобитом разреженном льду толщиной до 70 см

  В Азово-Черноморском филиале Морспасслужбы 17 января 2023 года состоялся торжественный подъем флага на вновь принятом морском противопожарном буксире-спасателе «Николай Семенченко» проекта NE011, сообщила пресс-служба Морспасслужбы.

  Мероприятие было приурочено к 88-летию Николая Николаевича Семенченко, легендарного начальника технического отдела Азово-Черноморского филиала, чье имя и носит судно.

  Морской противопожарный буксир-спасатель проекта NE011 «Николай Семенченко» построен на АО «Ахтубинский судостроительно–судоремонтный завод» (Астраханская область) по заказу ФКУ «Дирекция госзаказчика». Судно построено для ФГБУ «Морспасслужба».

  Буксир предназначен для буксировки несамоходных плавсредств, установки и снятия знаков плавучей и береговой судоходной обстановки, заводки и подъема якорей, перевозки грузов на рабочей палубе, обеспечения работы дноуглубительного флота, обеспечения гидростроительных работ, доставки и развертывания средств ЛАРН, а также помощи в тушении пожаров.

  Проект NE011 разработан компанией АО «Нордик Инжиниринг». Машинное отделение среднего расположения, энергетическая установка двухвальная, дизельная, двухъярусная рубка расположена в носу. Район плавания — морская акватория и внутренние водные пути. Предполагается использовать судно при плавании в мелкобитом разреженном льду толщиной до 70 см, а также за ледоколом в сплошном льду толщиной до 65 см.

  Основные размерения и характеристики судна: длина наибольшая — 26,81 м, габаритная длина — 27,41 м, габаритная ширина — 10,12 м, высота борта на миделе — 3,30 м, осадка рабочая минимальная — 2,0 м, водоизмещение судна при осадке по КВЛ — 391,6 куб. м, мощность ГД (мин/макс), кВт — 2х(595/640).
