    В морских портах Азов и Таганрог приостановлено строительство двух зерновых терминалов

    Проекты поставлены на паузу из-за санкций и снижения экспортных отгрузок

    В Ростовской области приостановлено строительство двух зерновых терминалов в морских портах Азов и Таганрог. Об этом во время заседания совета по инвестициям при губернаторе Ростовской области рассказал министр сельского хозяйства и продовольствия региона Константин Рачаловский.

    Он уточнил, что речь идет о проектах ООО «Азовский морской терминал» (АМТ) и ООО «Морской зерновой терминал» (МЗТ). В качестве причины приостановки министр назвал санкции и снижение экспортных отгрузок.

    «Антироссийские санкции оказывают негативное влияние, затрудняют расчеты, формируя логистические проблемы, увеличивая транспортное плечо доставки оборудования и комплектующих. Это привело к корректировке сроков реализации и бюджетов инвестиционных проектов. В условиях ограничения судоходства в акватории Азовского моря, снижения экспортных отгрузок, введения ограничений в виде пошлин, тарифных квот, инвестиционные проекты АМТ и МЗТ по строительству терминальных комплексов в морских портах Азова и Таганрога сегодня стоят на паузе», — рассказал Константин Рачаловский.

    Как следует из данных, опубликованных на сайте правительства Ростовской области, в морском порту Азов должен быть построен зерновой терминал пропускной способностью от 1,5 млн тонн в год зерновых и прочих грузов. Инвестиции в проект оцениваются в 3,26 млрд рублей. В морском порту Таганрог строительство универсального портового перегрузочного комплекса ведется в районе Северного мола, пропускная способность терминала — 270-300 тыс. тонн в год зерновых и генеральных грузов. Стоимость проекта — 1,13 млрд рублей. Согласно официальным данным, срок сдачи АМТ — 2025 год, МЗТ — 2024 год.
