    MSC получила два контейнеровоза вместимостью 24 тыс. TEU и длиной около 400 м

    Крупнейшие в мире суда заказаны Bocom Leasing

    Линейная судоходная компания Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) приняла поставку и провела церемонию имянаречения двух контейнеровозов MSC TESSA и MSC IRINA. Эти крупнейшие в мире суда были заказаны Bank of Communications Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (Bocom Leasing), сообщает Bocom Leasing.

    Контейнеровоз MSC TESSA построен на китайском судостроительном заводе Hudong-Zhonghua Shipbuilding. Его длина составляет 399,99 м, ширина – 61,5 м, высота борта – 33,2 м. На палубе площадью, равной четырем футбольным полям, можно погрузить контейнеры в 25 рядов. На судно можно погрузить более 240 тыс. тонн и 24,116 TEU.

    Второе судно MSC IRINA, построенное на верфи Yangzijiang Xinfu Shipbuilding, имеет такую же длину, что и первое, ширину – 61,3 м, расчетную высоту борта — 33,5 м, площадь палубы — 24 тыс кв. м и вместимость 24,346 TEU c 25 рядами контейнеров. Таким образом, это судно являются самым большим построенным на сегодняшний день контейнеровозом в мире.

    Оба новых судна оснащены гибридным скруббером для очистки от выбросов серы, технологией снижающей сопротивление корпуса о воду, гребным винтом большого диаметра, и другими системами, обеспечивающие снижение потребления энергии и сокращение выбросов углерода на 3-4%.

    Международная частная судоходная компания Mediterranean Shipping Company S.A. (MSC) основана в 1970 году Джанлуиджи Апонте и до сих находится в собственности семейства Апонте. Это второй в мире линейный оператор по вместимости контейнерного флота с 493 отделениями в 155 странах по всему миру. В штате компании более 70 тыс. сотрудников. В распоряжении компании, помимо морских судов, имеется развитая сеть железнодорожного транспорта, автотранспорта по всему миру. Суда компании плавают на 200 маршрутах и осуществляют заходы в 500 морских портов, и ежегодно перевозят около 21 млн TEU груза. По состоянию на 12 октября 2020 года флот MSC насчитывал 575 судов из которых 436 — зафрахтованных и 139 — собственных.
