  Японский судостроитель KHI получил заказ на танкер-газовоз, работающий на СУГ

  Танкер вместимостью 86,7 тыс. куб. м будет перевозить LPG / NH3

  Японская судостроительная компания Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Ltd. (Кобе, Токио) заключила контракт на строительство для сингапурского судовладельца и оператора флота Kumiai Navigation (PTE), Ltd. (дочерняя компания японской Kumiai Senpaku Co Ltd) морского танкера-газовоза, двигатель которого будет работать на сжиженном нефтяном газе. Судно вместимостью 86,7 тыс. куб. м сможет транспортировать одновременно два вида топлива: сжиженный нефтяной газ (LPG) и сжиженный аммиак (NH3). В пресс-релизе японского судостроителя отмечается, что это будет уже третий танкер для перевозки LPG/NH3, строящийся для Kumiai Navigation.

  Судно оснащено раздельными грузовыми танками, предназначенными для одновременной перевозки сжиженного углеводородного газа (СУГ) и сжиженного аммиака. С учетом нового заказа для KHI это станет 82-м танкером для перевозки сжиженных углеводородных газов, 19-м танкером-газовозом LPG и работающим на сжиженном нефтяном газе и 12-м газовозом LPG / NH3.

  KHI планирует завершить строительство судов на своей верфи в Сакаиде (преф. Кагава) в 2026 году.

  Очевидным преимуществом судна является его способность одновременно перевозить сжиженный нефтяной газ, который уже используется в качестве низкоуглеродного источника энергии, и сжиженный аммиак (NH3) — новое альтернативное топливо способствующее уменьшению выбросов УГ. Еще одной особенностью проекта является большая вместимость грузовых танков по сравнению с обычными судами.

  Судно, работающее на низкосернистом мазуте и СУГ (что значительно снижает объемы выбросов оксидов серы, CO2 и других загрязняющих веществ в выхлопных газах по сравнению с судовым мазутом), соответствует стандартам выбросов SOx, установленным Международной морской организацией (IMO), а также нормативам (N3) Индекса энергоэффективности (EEDI) IMO, которые применимы для принятых в 2022 году строгих стандартов выбросов CO2.

  Основные характеристики: длина габаритная — ок. 230 м; ширина — 37,2 м; высота борта — 21,9 м; летняя осадка — 11,65 м; вместимость грузовых танков — 86,7. тыс. куб. м.
