  Астраханская верфь ОСК начала резку металла для плавучего дока грузоподъемностью 25 тыс. тонн для Северной верфи

  Церемония закладки дока проекта 24012 запланирована на декабрь

  В Астрахани на производственной площадке АСПО Южного центра судостроения и судоремонта (ЮЦСС, входит в Объединенную судостроительную корпорацию, ОСК) начались работы по резке металла для строительства передаточного плавучего дока грузоподъемностью 25 тыс. тонн. Церемония закладки дока проекта 24012 запланирована на декабрь 2023 года, сообщает пресс-служба ЮЦСС.

  На предприятии получено 6 тыс. тонн металла, ожидается поставка еще 14 тыс. тонн листового металлопроката толщиной до 30 мм.

  Работы выполняются по контракту с судостроительным заводом «Северная верфь» в рамках внутризаводской кооперации между предприятиями ОСК. Технический проект разработан ЦМКБ «Алмаз».

  Металлический плавучий док предназначен для спуска на воду различных кораблей, судов, объемных морских сооружений (размерами до 250х48 м, массой до 25 тыс. тонн), подъема из воды кораблей и судов для выполнения доковых осмотров, ремонтных и окрасочных работ подводной части. Кроме того, с использованием дока будет возможно выполнение внутризаводских транспортно-логистических операций, связанных с перемещениями по акватории вдоль достроечной набережной крупных блоков и корпусов между стапелями.

  Технические характеристики проекта 24012: длина наибольшая — около 189,6 м; длина по стапель-палубе — 177,6 м; ширина — 62 м; высота борта — 24,3 м; грузоподъемность — 25 тыс. тонн; предельная глубина погружения — 20,64 м.

  Как передавало ИАА «ПортНьюс», ЮЦСС заключил контракт на строительство передаточного плавучего дока проекта 24012 по заказу ПАО «Судостроительный завод «Северная верфь» в мае 2023 года. Строительство будет вестись на двух производственных площадках ЮЦСС: «Красные Баррикады» и АСПО. Срок поставки — ноябрь 2025 года.

  Корпус будет сформирован из 11 понтонов размерами 14,4 м на 62 м. Формирование корпуса дока из изготовленных понтонов и окончательное насыщение корпуса системами и механизмами будет производится на Северной верфи в Санкт-Петербурге.

  Как рассказал в интервью ИАА «ПортНьюс» генеральный директор АО «ЮЦСС» Анатолий Мишанов, контракт на строительство дока для Северной верфи позволит загрузить мощности АСПО практически на 100% на ближайшие два года.
