  Росморпорт закупит буксир для Дальневосточного филиала за 683,9 млн рублей

  Судно должно быть построено не раньше 2020 года

  ФГУП «Росморпорт» объявило запрос предложений в электронной форме по выбору организации, которая поставит буксир с азимутальными подруливающими устройствами для нужд Дальневосточного бассейнового филиала. Начальная (максимальная) цена контракта составляет более 683,97 млн рублей, говорится в материалах единой информационной системы в сфере закупок.

  Заявки на участие принимаются до 6 декабря, итоги будут подведены 15 декабря 2023 года.

  Судно не старше 2020 года постройки должно быть предназначено для проведения различных морских операций в светлое и темное время суток включая: толкание/буксировку; работу с буями; вспомогательные работы при дноуглублении; транспортировку груза и персонала. Буксир должен быть предназначен для эксплуатации в прибрежных зонах открытых и внутренних морей, проливах, в устьях рек, в портовых водах с удалением от места убежища не менее 50 морских миль. Его планируется эксплуатировать круглогодично в незамерзающих морях и в летний период в замерзающих морях в умеренном морском климате.

  Буксир должен соответствовать классу не ниже: КМ R1 FF1WS Ice1 Tug, КМ R1 FF1WS Ice1 Tug, CCS TUG, R1, Fire Fighting Ship, ICE CLASS B или CSA TUG, R1, Fire Fighting Ship, ICE CLASS B; иметь действующее свидетельство о классификации судна, выданное классификационным обществом-членом МАКО.

  Главные размерения: габаритная длина корпуса — 33-37 м; габаритная ширина (включая привальный брус) — 9-11 м; габаритная осадка — не более 4 м; скорость хода — не менее 12 узлов; мощность главных двигателей — 2х1800-2000 кВт; тяга на швартовых — не менее 60 тонн; экипаж — не более 10 человек. Дальность плавания при эксплуатационной скорости хода 8 узлов должна составлять не менее 200 морских миль; автономность судна при полных запасах пресной воды и провизии — не менее 4 суток.

  Буксир нужно поставить в течение 50 календарных дней со дня подписания договора. Росморпорт готов самостоятельно забрать буксир в одном из российских морских портов Дальневосточного бассейна или в морском порту КНР.
