  МЭРТ РФ допустил к конкурсу по портовым зонам 17 из 20 поступивших заявок

  Комиссия по отбору заявок на создание в РФ особых экономических зон портового типа во вторник по результатам вскрытия конвертов с заявками допустила к конкурсу 17 из 20 поступивших заявок от 14 субъектов РФ, передает РИА "Новости". Комиссия во главе с министром экономического развития и торговли Эльвирой Набиуллиной отклонила три заявки на создание аэропортовых зон в аэропорту "Шереметьево", в Грозном и в Благовещенске. Заявки подавали 16 субъектов РФ, некоторые регионы подали по две заявки. В итоге к конкурсу допущены 17 заявок, в том числе шесть на создание аэропортовых зон, восемь - морских и три - речных портовых зон.

  Среди них - заявки на развитие морских портов в Мурманске, Находке (Приморский край), Советской Гавани (Хабаровский край) и на Камчатке. Юг России представлен заявками на создание морской зоны в городе Ейск и Приморско-Ахтарском районе Краснодарского края и порта Оля в Астраханской области.

  На конкурс не была представлена заявка на создание портовой зоны в Усть-Луге, хотя ранее администрация Ленинградской области заявляла о намерении участвовать в конкурсе. Речные портовые зоны могут быть созданы в Башкирии и Татарстане.
  Большая часть заявок была на создание аэропортовых зон. Такие зоны предлагается создать в Улан-Удэ, Екатеринбурге, Красноярске (аэропорт Емельяново), Уфе, а также в Ульяновской и Ивановской областях.

  Глава МЭРТ РФ Эльвира Набиуллина заявила журналистам, что специальная экспертная комиссия изучит все заявки и представит соответствующее заключение, на основании которого в начале июня будет принято решение по созданию портовых зон.

  "У нас нет конкретных планов по количеству зон", - сказала Набиуллина. Министр отметила также, что возможно МЭРТ проведет еще один конкурс, на котором могут быть рассмотрены отклоненные ранее заявки. Среди критериев, по которым будет проводиться отбор заявок, она назвала объем финансирования из федерального бюджета, бюджета субъекта РФ и муниципального образования на создание портовой инфраструктуры.
  По ее словам, в среднем на одну зону из федерального бюджета может быть выделено порядка 7 миллиардов рублей.
