  Профсоюзы предприятий Находки требуют от предприятий выполнения краевого трехстороннего соглашения

  В Находке 30 июля состоялось заседание городской трехсторонней комиссии по регулированию социально-трудовых отношений. Комиссия рассмотрела выполнение городского трехстороннего соглашения между администрацией города, работодателями и профсоюзами, сообщает Федерация профсоюзов Приморского края.

  Как пояснил член трехсторонней комиссии, координатор Совета профсоюзов Находки, председатель профсоюзной организации Находкинского морского торгового порта Александр Тихонов, в Находке в этом году заканчивается действие городского соглашения. "Между тем далеко не все предприятия города выполняют его условия, - отметил Тихонов. - Один из самых важных моментов соглашения касается минимальной тарифной ставки – она не должна быть ниже прожиточного минимума. Но даже на таком предприятии, как наше (НМТП – прим. ред.) тарифные ставки первых четырех категорий работников до сих пор не соответствуют этому требованию".

  Как подчеркнул представитель профсоюзов, ряд крупных предприятий до сих пор не выполняет условия аналогичного краевого трехстороннего соглашения, которое гораздо менее требовательно к работодателю, чем находкинское  городское. "Мы еще раз обращаемся к руководству НБАМР, Находкинского рыбного порта, Жестяно-баночной фабрики и другим. Для нас всех крайне важно предоставление хотя бы минимальных социальных гарантий работникам", - указал Тихонов.   

  Отметим, что сегодня тарифная ставка первого разряда в порту  - 2727 руб. С учетом коэффициентов зарплата работников этой категории (уборщицы, тальманы, приемо-сдатчики) составляет около 5-7 тыс. руб. в месяц. Всего в порту трудятся около 2,7 тыс. человек. По данным на июнь средняя зарплата по порту составляла 19,5  тыс. руб. в месяц. Средний заработок докеров 26 тыс. руб., других работников порта - 16 тыс. 800 руб.
