    Откачка топлива с Costa Concordiа займет от 2 до 4 недель

    Откачка бункерного топлива с Costa Concordiа займет от 2 до 4 недель. Как передают итальянские СМИ, об этом сообщил представитель датской компании, нанятой для проведения такой операции. Решение о начале откачки может быть принято в среду 18 января. Дело осложняется тем, что данный регион является природоохраняемой зоной с дельфинами и другими охраняемыми морскими животными.

    Как сообщалось ранее, о высокой вероятности экологической опасности вследствие крушения круизного лайнера Costa Concordia заявил накануне  министр охраны окружающей среды Италии Коррадо Клини.

    Напомним, итальянский круизный лайнер Costa Concordia в ночь на 14 января 2012 года напоролся на скалы близ острова Джильо у побережья Тосканы, частично затонул и лег на бок. По последним данным, обнародованным компанией Costa Crociere, в момент крушения на борту судна находились 3216 пассажиров из 62 стран, в том числе более 100 россиян. По последним данным, жертвами кораблекрушения стали 6 человек, 29 человек числятся пропавшими без вести.

    Итальянские власти информируют, что среди пропавших - 14 граждан Германии, шестеро итальянцев, четверо французов, два американца, а также три гражданина Индии, Перу и Венгрии. Из 29 человек 25 - пассажиры судна.
