IADC’s Secretary General René Kolman will speak at the 3rd International Forum of Dredging Companies which is to be held in Moscow on February 25, 2016.
In his report, René Kolman will focus on environmental aspects in implementation of dredging projects. The report is based on the findings of the latest research held by the University of Antwerp.
