ESPO-2 Phase 2
The Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean pipeline Phase 2 (supplying crude oil to t Kozmino Oil Terminal) is expected to be completed soon. Russia plans to develop offshore oil and gas deposits on the Sakhalin and build oil refining facilities and a plant for liquefying natural gas (LNG).
