Port of Sabetta construction
The port is projected to be a hub for shipment of hydrocarbons extracted from the Yamal-based oil deposits. Russia will invest in the port creation RUB 18.75 billion, with 1.5 bn rubles to be spent in 2012, RUB 8.5 billion in 2013 and RUB 8.75 billion in 2014. Experts estimate that by 2025 cargo throughput at the port of Sobetta will likely reach 25 million tons of crude oil and gas condensate a year. Port of Sabetta construction

Murmansk transportation hub
The project objective was to use the capabilities of the Murmansk Transportation Node (MTN) for handling trade flows passing through the Northern Sea Route and the North-South international transport corridor, as well as hydrocarbons extracted at offshore oil fields.
