Bomb explosion derails a train in Dagestan, causes traffic jam

The allegedly handmade bomb exploded at 2:15am (MT), the report said.
According to a source in local law enforcement agency the area has been cordoned off. The authorities of the Makhachkala railway station said they would begin restoration works in the daytime.
"The explosion has caused the delays of several trains from Makhachkala and Derbent", the source said. The departure of passenger trains will be announced in the morning.
