  Мосты через бухту Золотой Рог и на остров Русский, построенные к саммиту АТЭС, откроются 2 июля

  Мосты через бухту Золотой Рог и на о.Русский, построенные к саммиту Азиатско-Тихоокеанского сотрудничества (АТЭС) во Владивостоке, будут открыты для движения 2 июля 2012 года. Как передает РБК, об этом сообщил губернатор Приморского края Владимир Миклушевский. Как сообщалось ранее, 1 июля по этим мостам планирует проехать председатель правительства Дмитрий Медведев.
  
  Строительство моста через бухту Золотой Рог началось 25 июля 2008 года в рамках программы подготовки Владивостока к проведению саммита АТЭС-2012. Строительство моста обошлось в 21 млрд руб. Мост через бухту Золотой Рог является одним из пяти крупнейших вантовых мостов во всем мире. Он позволит разгрузить многочисленные городские трассы и решит проблему сообщения между центром и отдаленными районами города. Расстояние между пилонами - 733 м. Удерживают мост над водой 96 вантовых конструкций.
  
  Строительство моста на остров Русский обошлось федеральному бюджету в 33,9 млрд руб., из них 483,2 млн руб. выделено в 2012 году. Общая длина обоих участков руслового пролета моста составляет 1,1 км. Мост обладает самой длинной вантой в мире, ее протяженность составляет 580 м. Всего натянуто 84 пары вант. Пилоны моста достигают отметки в 324 м с учетом надстроек.
