  Три судоходных канала перейдут в управление Администрации морских портов (Украина)

  В Управление создаваемой Администрации морских портов Украины будут переданы три судоходных канала - Бугско-Днепровско-Лиманский, Херсонский морской канал, а также глубоководный судовой ход (ГСХ) р. Дунай - Черное море с гидротехническими сооружениями, которые входят в их состав. Как сообщает пресс-служба Министерства инфраструктуры Украины, это предусматривает концепция реорганизации госпредприятия «Дельта-лоцман».
  
  Согласно концепции, лоцманские службы и службы регулирования движения судов будут оставлены в составе единого предприятия «Дельта-лоцман».
  
  Напомним, 17 мая 2012 года Верховная Рада Украины приняла закон о морских портах. 8 июня президент Украины Виктор Янукович подписал Закон «О морских портах Украины».
  
  Согласно документу, на Украине будет создана Администрация морских портов для содержания и обеспечения эффективного использования государственного имущества, переданного ей в хозяйственное ведение, в том числе модернизации, ремонта, реконструкции и строительства гидротехнических сооружений, других объектов портовой инфраструктуры, расположенных в пределах территории и акватории морского порта, и других целей.
  
  Госпредприятие «Дельта-лоцман» было создано для обеспечения безопасности мореплавания, а также упорядочения структуры морских лоцманских служб в северо-западной части Черного моря.
  
  Предприятие осуществляло деятельность по содержанию и эксплуатации гидротехнических сооружений - Бугско-Днепровско-Лиманского канала, Херсонского морского канала, глубоководного судового хода «Дунай - Черное море», а также лоцманские проводки и оказание услуг служб регулирования движения судов во всех портах Украины от Мариуполя до Рени.
  
  Херсонский морской канал общей протяженностью 68 км состоит из двух частей: морская (длина – 40 км, балансодержатель ГП «Дельта-лоцман») и речная (длина 28 км, балансодержатель ГП «Херсонский морской торговый порт»). Согласно паспорту Херсонского морского канала обеспечивается прохождение судов с максимальной осадкой до 7,6 м.
