  «Севмаш» спустит со стапеля атомный подводный крейсер «Владимир Мономах» 30 декабря 2012 года

  На ОАО «ПО «Севмаш» 30 декабря 2012 года состоится торжественная церемония вывода из стапельного цеха атомного подводного крейсера «Владимир Мономах». Об этом сообщает пресс-служба Объединенной судостриотельной корпорации (ОСК).
  
  Атомный ракетоносец «Владимир Мономах» – третий корабль проекта «Борей» (проектант  - ОАО «ЦКБ МТ «Рубин»). Относится к классу ракетных подводных крейсеров стратегического назначения.
  
  Крейсер был заложен на «Севмаше» 19 марта 2006 года – в день празднования 100-летия подводного флота России. При строительстве АПЛ «Владимир Мономах» применены последние достижения в снижении шумности. Атомоход вооружен новым ракетным комплексом с межконтинентальной твердотопливной баллистической ракетой «Булава». Подводные ракетоносцы данного проекта призваны стать основой морской составляющей стратегических ядерных сил России в XXI веке.
  
  После вывода из эллинга АПЛ «Владимир Мономах» будет спущена на воду и приступит к швартовным и ходовым испытаниям.

Основу производственной программы составляют четыре главных направления: выполнение гособоронзаказа, участие в военно-техническом сотрудничестве, строительство морской техники для освоения шельфа и гражданское судостроение, выпуск продукции для машиностроительной и нефтегазодобывающей отраслей.
