  «ДальВостокТрейд» подал в ФАС ходатайство о приобретении 25,03% акций «Тихоокеанской мостостроительной компании»

  ООО «ДальВостокТрейд» сегодня подало в Приморское управление ФАС России ходатайство о приобретении 25,03% обыкновенных именных акций ЗАО «Тихоокеанская мостостроительная компания». Об этом сообщает пресс-служба ведомства.
  
  ЗАО «Тихоокеанская мостостроительная компания» — одна из крупнейших мостостроительных компаний на Дальнем Востоке. Основные направления деятельности компании — строительство и реконструкция мостов, дорог, зданий и сооружений, изготовление сборных конструкций и бетона.
  
  В рамках подготовки Владивостока к саммиту АТЭС-2012 компания была задействована в строительстве моста через бухту Золотой Рог, автомобильной дороги «Новый – Де-Фриз – Седанка – Патрокл», с низководным мостом-эстакадой, дороги «Патрокл – мостовой переход через бухту Золотой Рог».
  
  ООО «ДальВостокТрейд» (Хабаровск) занимается капитальным строительством и реконструкцией зданий и сооружений, ремонтом жилых, производственных и административных помещений. Компания выполняет полный комплекс общестроительных и ремонтно-строительных работ: отделочные, кровельные, каменные и земляные работы, благоустройство территории, монтаж сборных и монолитных железобетонных конструкций, монтаж металлоконструкций.
