  Аукцион по приватизации 20% уставного капитала СМП назначен на 12 ноября

  Аукцион по приватизации госпакета акций ОАО «Северное морское пароходство» (СМП, Архангельск) назначен на 12 ноября 2013 года. Об этом сообщается в материалах ОАО «Российский аукционный дом».
  
  На аукцион выставляется 191 тыс. 571 обыкновенная именная акция в бездокументарной форме (государственный регистрационный номер выпуска: 24-1-П-97), что составляет 20% от уставного капитала предприятия.
  
  ОАО «Северное морское пароходство» – судоходная компания, одна из крупнейших на Северо-западе России, занимающаяся морскими перевозками по всему миру, в том числе по трассе Северного морского пути. Флот СМП состоит из универсальных сухогрузов дедвейтом 2,5 - 14 тыс. тонн, которые перевозят все виды сухих грузов, включая радиоактивные и опасные грузы. Флот компании состоит из 41 ед. судов различного назначения: 23 судна транспортного флота, 10 судов дноуглубительного флота, 8 судов служебно-вспомогательного флота; в коммерческий менеджмент принято 7 судов.
  
  Размер уставного капитала – 957 тыс. 854 руб. Общее количество и категории выпущенных акций – 957 тыс. 854 именных акций в бездокументарной форме, в том числе 718 тыс. 390 обыкновенных акции (государственный регистрационный номер выпуска: 24-1-П-97) и 239 464 привилегированные акции (государственный регистрационный номер выпуска: 24-1-П-97). Номинальная стоимость акций одинакова и равна 1 руб. Численность работников акционерного общества на 27 июня 2013 года – 1 153 человек.
