    ГНКАР просит «Транснефть» о продлении договора транзита по Баку-Новороссийск

    Госнефтекомпания Азербайджана (ГНКАР) обратилась в «Транснефть» с просьбой обсудить пролонгацию договора о транспортировке азербайджанской нефти по нефтепроводу Баку-Новороссийск, передает «Прайм».

    «Мы уже подготовили мероприятия по консервации трубы, действие межправсоглашения заканчивается 14 февраля. Однако в конце прошлой недели представитель SOCAR вышел на нас, и мы видим переговоры о заключении коммерческого договора между нашими компаниями. Документ заменит действующее до 14 февраля межправсоглашение», - сказал советник президента российской компании Игорь Демин.

    По его словам, обсуждается объем, тариф, а также возможность сохранения качества нефти.

    Председатель правительства Дмитрий Медведев 5 мая 2013 года подписал распоряжение о прекращении действия договора между РФ и Азербайджаном о транзите нефти по трубопроводу Баку-Новороссийск. Это соглашение было заключено в 1996 году. В 2013 году ГНКАР снизила экспорт по этому нефтепроводу на 15,2% - до 1,751 млн тонн.

    «Транснефть» в прошлом году сообщила, что в течение последних 5 лет Азербайджан не исполнял условия соглашения, транспортируя объемы более чем в 2 раза меньшие, чем заложено в документе. Соглашение предусматривало прокачку 5 млн тонн нефти, однако фактические объемы не превышали 2 млн тонн в год. Доходы от транзита не покрывали затраты «Транснефти» на поддержание трубопроводной системы в должном состоянии.
